Coriander Seed, CO2 extract 10ml or 15 ml diluted to 50% in jojoba
Origin and Extraction:
Coriander is an herb with a long and illustrious history, having been cultivated for approximately 5,000 years by the ancient Eygyptian, Greek and Roman cultures. Hippocrates, for example, considered it to be an important medicine.
Coriander is a member of the Umbelliferae family, which also includes carrot, caraway, celery, cumin and parsley. It is indigenous to regions spanning from southern Europe and North Africa to southwestern Asia. Coriander is a bright green annual that grows to a height of 1 to 3 feet tall. Its stem is erect, slender, hairless and finely grooved.
This particular essential oil is obtained by CO2 extraction of the seed, which is a process that uses pressurized carbon dioxide to pull the desired phytochemicals from a plant.

Coriander is comprised of three main components: monoterpenols, monoterpenes, and ketones. The monoterpenols in Coriander allow it to heal and protect the skin while improving complexion. The monoterpenes give coriander it’s antioxidant, cleansing, and mood-boosting properties; which positively impact the skin by creating an “inner glow.” The ketones in Coriander Seed essential oil assist in its effect on overall skin health, and also improve digestive health (which is reflected in radiant skin). Coriander Seed oil can also be used to treat stretch marks and scars.
